Recommend this venue to everyone, nothing too much trouble. The personnel is extremely helpful and decent. The units are newly renovated, modern with private terrace. The service is very good, includes private parking. And the pool is lovely.

A lovely quiet location, although not too good for shopping as self catering. Nice pool and staff friendly. Waterpark only 15 minute walk away. Had to taxi alot to have entertainment and to eat out.

The staff did an excellent job. We enjoyed the evening program too. Swimming pool is not heated but was reasonably warm. Large terrace and fully equipped kitchen. Overall it is ok resort for the price you pay (if you dont get insects).
Elevators end up in the middle of the floors so you have to carry your bags and babycoaches yourself! When we arrived our room was filled with cocroaches but we got another one without any insects. The major disappointement is that the appearance of the rooms is not the same as per website - we had really old furniture.

Appartment was cleaned twice a week, very thoroughly, with new towels. Low fares with very good facilities (dishwasher, bathtub, full kitchen equipment, great view from the room, sauna with hot tub, fitness center). Free service with private bus for hotel guests to Puerto de Mogan and Puerto Rico. Sound from the nearby road was not at all disturbing. The local bus service is very efficient and cheap, no need for a car at all if you want to get some place at the coast.
i found (and killed) at least 4 cockroaches in my room during one week stay, there were lots of ants in the kitchen too who had a go at our food. Wouldn`t recommend the restaurant, it`s quite expensive while food is rather middle-rate. Also the "entertainment programm" really was a nuisance, that made me avoid the restaurant in the evening. 5 Euro for 20mins of Internet use is obscene, sorry. You pay 80 cents in Puerto Rico for the same time-span.

The apartment wasn't serviced at all during our week stay. The location was terrible, close to the main road which resulted in a lot of traffic noise. The bar, restaurant and mini-market were all closed, given the location, this posed a problem for provisions.

The space in a 2 bedroom apartment, and the view of the sea. Television had a good choice of programmes. Swimming pool a decent size.
Accessibility was difficult. A long walk to the nearest bus stop or a taxi. Although there were some lifts, the apartments could only be accessed via steep steps, which for families with luggage, pushchairs, etc. is quite a struggle. The only shop on site had very little to sell, and was over-priced. The restaurant was appallingly expensive, and poor quality. We had a barbeque which was almost inedible, the chicken not cooked properly.
